WAIT TIME CHARGES: After your international flight lands, we provide a complimentary 90-minute period to allow ample time for you to collect your luggage and complete customs and immigration procedures. Beyond that duration, there is a charge of (USD): $25 for each additional 30 minutes.
EARLY ARRIVALS: We kindly request that you wait for your driver outside the airport terminal at the Coffee Shop. Please note that our drivers will arrive based on the original flight landing time you booked with us, so there may be a short wait before your driver arrives.
DELAYED ARRIVALS: If your flight is delayed beyond 3 hours, we will do our best to accommodate your new arrival time based on our availability and a re-booking fee of (USD): $75 will apply.
OVERNIGHT DRIVING: In the event that the pickup or drop-off falls between 23:00 PM and 05:00 AM, an additional charge of $50 for overnight driving will apply.
RESERVATION ABANDONMENT: If the driver has to wait for more than 30 minutes, or if they are unable to find the customer at the designated pick-up time and location, or if they cannot reach the customer at the contact number provided, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
PUNCTUALITY: In the event of a late pickup, we reserve the right to shorten or not offer our courtesy stops, as we may have another client scheduled and we want to ensure that we can provide them with a timely service.
MODIFY AN EXISTING RESERVATION: We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please be mindful that such modifications are subject to availability. If the changes result in a reduction of the original scheduled pickup and drop-off, we regret to inform you that refunds for the affected amount will not be issued.
USAGE DISCLAIMER: Should the services be utilized with the intention of visiting brothel establishments, seeking or purchasing illicit substances, or picking up individuals not included in the original booking, we retain the right to cancel the reservation without eligibility for a refund.
CANCELLATION: Clients who provide cancellation notice at least 3 days prior to their scheduled pick-up time will receive a full refund.
CANCELLATION: No refunds will be provided for reservations and cancellations made within 2 days of the scheduled pick-up time.
CANCELLATION: All cancellations must be notified in writing to our email address firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your reservation details and the reason for the cancellation.
REFUNDS: We understand the importance of timely refunds and strive to process them as quickly as possible. Refunds will typically be processed within 10 business days.
