Terms and Conditions for Transportation Services provided by The Baqueano S.R.L.

All terms, conditions, cancellation, and refund policies are established by TheBaqueano S.R.L. You can view them at any time on our website or request a PDF file.

Standard vehicles:

Brands: Asian manufacturers such as Toyota, Hyundai, and various Chinese brands.

Door-to-Door Service: Enjoy the convenience of being picked up and dropped off directly at your desired location.

Private, Crowd-Free Experience: Your journey is exclusively reserved for your party, ensuring utmost privacy and comfort.

Courtesy Stops: Take advantage of courtesy stops of up to 45 minutes for bathroom breaks, food, groceries, and more along the way.

Complimentary Bottled Water: A bottle of refreshing water is provided with every service.

Not Included in Any Service:

Tips and gratuities: While recommended at 10%, they are not included in the base price.

Additional time: If the courtesy stops extends beyond the agreed-45min duration, an extra fee of $50 per hour applies.

Food, drinks, and additional accommodation expenses: Passengers are responsible for covering these costs themselves.

Medical and travel insurance: Passengers need to arrange and cover their own insurance for medical emergencies and travel-related incidents.

Activities, tickets, or admission fees: Any expenses related to specific activities, attractions, or events are not included.

Transport to off-road destinations: The service does not extend to transportation to locations that are off-road or inaccessible by regular means.

On-demand or immediate response service: This service does not operate on an on-demand basis or provide immediate response; bookings need to be arranged in advance.

Personalize your travel schedule (Itinerary/Agenda): You have the flexibility to customize your travel plans according to your preferences, including where you want to go and when.

The daily hours cannot be accumulated or split: Each day's service is for a fixed duration and cannot be carried over to the next day or divided into smaller increments.

Daily driving distance up to 250 km (155 miles) and cannot be accumulated or split: The service includes transportation for a maximum distance of 250 km per day, without the option to accumulate unused distance or split it across days.

Driver meals and accommodation are included: The expenses for the driver's meals and overnight accommodation are covered by the service provider.

All tolls, parking, and driving expenses are included: The service covers expenses related to tolls, parking fees, and other driving-related costs.

Complimentary Bottled Water: A bottle of refreshing water is provided with every service.

Not Included in Any Service:
 

Tips and gratuities are recommended at 10%: Tips or gratuities for the driver are not included in the service cost but are typically recommended at a rate of 10% of the total service cost.

Additional time (USD): $50 per hour: Any extra time beyond the agreed-upon duration is charged at a rate of $50 per hour.

Passengers are responsible for their own food, drinks, and any additional accommodation expenses: The passengers need to cover the costs of their own meals, beverages, and any additional accommodation they may require during the journey.

Passengers must arrange their own medical and travel insurance: Passengers are responsible for obtaining their own medical and travel insurance coverage for the duration of the journey.

Passengers are responsible for their own activities, tickets, or admission fees: Any expenses related to activities, tickets for attractions, or admission fees to venues are the responsibility of the passengers.

We do not provide pickups or transport to off-road destinations: The service does not include transportation to locations that are inaccessible by regular roads or off-road destinations.

Kindly be aware that this is not an on-demand, stand-by vehicle, or immediate response service: The service is not available for immediate requests or standby situations; it requires advance booking.

Type of vehicle: To ensure that we select the appropriate vehicle for your group, we internally determine the type of vehicle based on the number of people in your group and the road conditions.
 

WAIT TIME CHARGES: After your international flight lands, we provide a complimentary 90-minute period to allow ample time for you to collect your luggage and complete customs and immigration procedures. Beyond that duration, there is a charge of (USD): $25 for each additional 30 minutes. 

EARLY ARRIVALS: We kindly request that you wait for your driver outside the airport terminal at the Coffee Shop. Please note that our drivers will arrive based on the original flight landing time you booked with us, so there may be a short wait before your driver arrives. Thank you for your understanding. 

DELAYED ARRIVALS: If we are unable to pick you up due to flight delays, we will ensure transportation is arranged through a trusted company as part of our warranty.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

OVERNIGHT DRIVING: In the event that the pickup or drop-off falls between 21:00 PM and 04:00 AM, an additional charge of $75 for overnight driving will apply. 

RESERVATION ABANDONMENT:  If the driver has to wait for more than 30 minutes, or if they are unable to find the customer at the designated pick-up time and location, or if they cannot reach the customer at the contact number provided, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.  

PUNCTUALITY: In the event of a late pickup, we reserve the right to shorten or not offer our courtesy stops, as we may have another client scheduled and we want to ensure that we can provide them with a timely service. 

MODIFY AN EXISTING RESERVATION: Please be aware that these modifications are subject to availability. In the event that your changes result in a reduced duration of the originally scheduled confirmed booking, we regret to inform you that refunds for the affected amount will not be issued. Please note that once a modification has been made, any subsequent cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.

USAGE DISCLAIMER: Should the services be utilized with the intention of visiting brothel establishments, seeking or purchasing illicit substances, or picking up individuals not included in the original booking, we retain the right to cancel the reservation without eligibility for a refund. 

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS:

Flexible cancellation: If you need to cancel, please do so at least 1 day before the start date of the service. A cancellation fee of 25% of the booking amount will be applied to all cancellations.

Same Day Cancellation: Cancellations made on the day of the scheduled service are non-refundable.

Refunds: You will receive a refund of 75% of the booking amount. Any transaction fees you might have paid will also be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days

All providers are carefully selected and meet the essential requirements to provide services, characterized by being responsible and efficient companies.
